Meatballs


1 tablespoon of oil
1 onion
1 clove of garlic
300 grams of mince
1 egg
Salt and pepper
A few drops of Worcester sauce
4 tablespoons of breadcrumbs

Heat the oil in a pan and then add the onion and garlic.

Sprinkle some salt over and cook over a low heat for about 15 minutes until the vegetables are soft but not browned.

In a large bowl mix all the other ingredients and then add the slightly cooled vegetables.

Mix well then shape into 16 small balls (or make them bigger and do fewer, just whatever your preference is really)

Heat some more oil in a pan and cook the meatballs until cooked through.
